In what circumstances/situations are employers/PCBU’s required to consult with employers and workers?

 

2)          Who does the employer/PCBU have to consult with? Does this duty to consult extend to “non-employees/workers” i.e. independent contractors?

 

3)          The OHS/WHS legislation talks about Designated Work Groups/Work Groups.  What are they and how are established and what matters need to be taken into account in their establishment
