Go to supertracker.gov and create an account which will be where you would have the 24 hour intake

( you can put any name but for age put 56) basically you will be picking foods that you eat for breakfast,lunch,and dinner and then the results will be a graph that shows how much calories,cholesterol, sodium,etc
